GOALS OF RECONSTRUCTION

• Separation of the sinonasal tract from the oral cavity • Dental/Prosthetic rehabilitation • Soft tissue and/or bony augmentation of the midfacial area to provide support to the orbital content and to re-establish facial contour • Separation of the cranial cavity from the sinonasal tract • Filling of the orbital cavity or its lining when an ocular prosthesis is planned
