Clinical History

• 22-year old male, no PMH. • recent onset of cough, exertional dyspnea and fatigue. • CXR: mediastinal mass, subsequently referred to the chest team. • No B symptoms, no peripheral LN, infective screen negative. • CT: – mediastinal mass 14.3x10.3cm (axial) &13cm (CC) – displacement of the heart and great vessels to the left. – External compression of the SVC without complete obstruction – R main bronchus: displaced posteriorly but not compressed
