• Referred to the lymphoma team • PET/CT: – stage II disease – large mediastinal mass (18 x 11cm) with increased FDG uptake (SUVmax 9.5) – small right infra-clavicular lymph node – no evidence of involvement below the diaphragm • BMB: negative • LDH: high • IPI = 1 , stage 2A bulky
