Staging: CS IIA • CT-scan of neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis demonstrated right tonsillar mass, 8 x 5 x 3 cm, right neck lymph nodes, no other involvement • No bone marrow involvement • Normal LDH • MIPI 5.7 (low-intermediate risk)
