• No consensus on what constituted oligometastatic prostatic cancer (OPM) • 61% voted for a limited bone and/or lymph nodes as a clinically meaningful definition of OPM that influences treatment decisions (local ablative treatment of all lesions ± systemic therapy) • 10% voted for an oligometastatic definition including only limited lymph node metastases • 13% voted for patients with a limited number of metastases at any location • 10% did not believe that oligometastatic prostate cancer exists as a clinically meaningful entity • Among the believers, 14% voted for ≤2 metastases, 66% for ≤3 metastases, and 20% ≤5 metastases as a cut-off.
