Proof of principle: Golden Lancet Oncol 2015 Inclusion criteria: • Stable or progressing metastatic solid tumours • At least three distinct measurable sites of disease • On single-agent chemotherapy or hormonal therapy

• 80% NSCLC & Breast cancer • RT 10 x 3,5Gy • 2 targets irradiated
