Clinical examination

• Good performance (WHO PS 0).

• Base of tongue/vallecula area a 3x2x2 cm

large tumour is seen. Proximal border of the

tumour seems to be close to the lower pole

of the left tonsil.

• Otherwise normal fiber optic examination.

• Palpable node in region II, left side.

• Contra-lateral side normal.
