– Then defining CTV1: • GTV + 5 cm below and behind GTV • Including peri-oesophageal spaces and lymph nodes stations – PTV1 = CTV1 + 0.5 cm – Eventually: CTV2: GTV + 2 cm longitudinal margins + circumferential margins: 5 mm
