• Radical hysterectomy + PLND

• RT to pelvis (49.3 Gy in 29#) for – Positive LN – Positive margins – Parametrial disease

• 4 cycles of cisplatin 70 mg/m 2 + 5-FU 1000 mg/m 2 /d x 4 days
