• Patient Position & Immobilization:

- Supine with Knee rest and laser alignment

- Whole body vacloks / body fix: as an alternative

• Organ filing:

- Rectum: Preferably empty through out the planning and Rx

- Bladder: Minimize the variation by adopting some bladder filing protocol
