 Significant inter-fraction variations have been reported: 5-40mm  Uninvolved uterus is not the most critical target  Clinical practise:  ~15-20mm is common for CTV-T LR to PTV margin 

Be aware of rectal filling at time of treatment planning! E.g. threshold of 40mm diameter of filling.
