2D delineation of Organ at Risks

• Based on radiographic imaging • Most guidelines do not recommend radiographic image • OARs are localized based on points • Only few organs are localised • The toxicity correlation is poor • If volumetric imaging is not available, X-ray based simulation may be practiced but certainly not encouraged
