• Diagnosis: Stage IV Prostate Cancer (cT1cN1M0) • Treatment: Hormonal Therapy + Radiation Therapy

Hormonal therapy: - Neoadjuvant and Adjuvant Androgen deprivation therapy.

Radiation Therapy Dose Prescription: - PTV (prostate gland+5mm margin): 65 Gy at 2.32 Gy/fraction - Seminal vesicles: 60 Gy at 2.14 Gy/fraction - Enlarged left obturator and right internal iliac lymph nodes, 60 Gy at 2.14 Gy/fraction - Pelvic lymph nodes , 50 Gy at 1.78 Gy/fraction
