• Diagnosis - Atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor

• Treatment - Chemotherapy + Surgery + Radiation Therapy

• Radiation Therapy Dose Prescription: - PTV (surgical bed + 5mm margin): 54 Gy at 2 Gy/fraction
