Clinical examination

• Good performance (WHO PS 0) • Base of tongue/vallecula area a 3x2x2cm large tumour is seen. • Proximal border of the tumour seems to be close to the lower pole of the left tonsil • Otherwise normal fiber optic examination. • Palpable node in region II, left side. • Contralateral side normal.
