• Key changes in prescribing

 Prescribe to median dose rather than ICRU reference point (≈ isocentre dose)  median dose = D 50 %  = dose to 50% of the volume

 Report near-maximum and near-minimum , rather than actual max & min

Still need to be aware of target coverage


