Dialogue – a key component of happy planning

• As work flows become busier and more tightly programmed, it is less easy to discuss cases • Often difficult to set Objectives and Constraints perfectly • Plan review meeting  provides review after completion of the plan  It does not facilitate discussion during its preparation

Pituitary adenoma (ie benign)

Absolute dose constraint - lens dose <6 Gy

 

Plan would deliver 7.5 Gy
