Practical Considerations

 Know the limitations of the surrogate/feature  As distance from surrogate ↑, uncertainty increases ↑  Variability localization/delineation = uncertainty  These feed into PTV margins!  Be skeptical: Are automated algorithms helping  Are you closer to the desired clinical result?  Is manual matching always required after automated?  Magnitude? Do you need small or large adjustments?  No? Review goals of registration vs. underlying metric
