Extreme breast hypofractionation – preoperative external beam Radiotherapy • Phase I study:

1 x 15 Gy (n=8) 1 x 18 Gy (n=8) 1 x 21 Gy (n=16) Followed by lumpectomy within 10 days

• In low-risk patients

• In prone position

• Median follow-up: 23 months

• Toxicity grade 1-2 • Cosmetic outcome: good-excellent
