Field-in-field technique / forward IMRT: • 2 Tangential mediolateral and lateromedial fields • Small segments are added to achieve a more homogeneous dose distribution (Aims: V95 PTV > 99%, Dmax 107%) • Mixture of 6 and 10 MV photon beams
