Benefits/Cost  IMRT technology is expensive and requires new skills  But, it solves problems:  Often easier to find a good plan  Often faster to deliver (e.g. VMAT)  Often with fewer human errors (electronic chart)  Allows us to retire antiquated & inefficient procedures.
