• Late-responding tissues – Partial (CNS, lung) or complete (skin) restoration of tolerance after low to moderate doses (<60% initial tolerance) – Progression of damage at subclinical level (kidney, urinary bladder) must be expected thus precluding re-irradiation without exceeding tolerance
