Nodal Margins

GTV-N

Includes all gross disease as per imaging

CTV-N

GTV + 5 – 10mm margin. Uninvolved nodal areas are contoured according to the printed atlas (Taylor guidelines). Internal iliac, external iliac and obturator nodes are included in all cases. The common iliac nodes are included in node positive cases.
