Rectum Pre-Op Radiotherapy Planning • GTV: clinical exam, sigmoidoscopy, MRI • CTV: entire mesorectum from L5/S1 to 2-3cm below GTV

 Consider external iliac LN if tumour invades other organs

 Consider inguinal LN if tumour very low (ano-rectal)

• PTV: CTV + 8-10mm (institutional)
