• Larynx – vocal cord mobility T2 - impaired T3 - fixed

• Supraglottis – Number of subsites + vocal cord mobility

• Nasopharynx

T1 – confined to the Nasopharynx T2 – extends to the oropharynx or parapharyngeal space T3 - bony invasion T4 - intracranial extension
