RT Dose

• Radical RT: 70 Gy/35# (2 Gy/#) 5#/wk To all sites of disease (Primary and LN)

• Post Op RT: 60 Gy/30# If Positive margin boost 6 Gy/3# to tumour bed

• Elective nodal irradiation instead of neck dissection with 50Gy/25 # in 5 wks, can achieve local control rates of 90 %
