Summary • 3D usually used for ipsilateral targets • Standard technique is AO/PO/LO • Avoid spinal cord while limiting dose to oral cavity, parotid, eyes, lens etc • All-In-One technique can be used to treat primary volume and LAN without junctioning • If OARs are not avoidable we need to move to IMRT option
