• Slice spacing, 1-5 mm • Field of view • Axial/spiral scan

1 mm spacing

3 mm spacing

Accurate detection of seed orientation in CT difficult, but possible with new software and small slice thickness.

5 mm spacing (under sampling, seed sorting)
