Non-Germinoma GCT: Management

• Results very poor with radiotherapy alone (EFS 20- 30%)

• Less sensitive to radiation than germinoma

• Chemotherapy alone: poorer results than with combined approach

• Standard of care: chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy (EFS 50-60%; OS 50%)

• First line surgery does not improve prognosis
