Biopsy: moderately differentiated SCC

At clinical examination : cervical tumor + infiltration of half of the left vaginal wall + infiltration of the left parametrium to the pelvic wall + infiltration of the right distal parametrium

Cystoscopy : involvement of the trigonal area, + biopsy
