Compartimental areas at risk for potential microscopic spread from the primary tumor ( at presentation ).

In advanced cervix cancer: whole parametria, whole uterus, upper part of the vagina and anterior/posterior spaces towards bladder and rectum.

Always includes the CTV HR/IR

Defined at diagnosis (CTV-T LR) May be adapted during EBRT and also at BT (CTV-T LR adapt)
