Examination under general anesthesia Situation after prior LLETZ and exconisation. Central ulcerative tumor and no portio left. Circular submucosal infiltration of the vaginal wall of 1 cm. Infiltration of both parametria at the right side up to half and at the left side up to the pelvic wall. Width 4 cm, height 3 cm, thickness 3 cm. Cytoscopy: Impression of the tumor on the bladder wall. No invasion. Rectal examination: No tumor.
