MR-Abdomen Cervical tumor, width 3 cm, height 5 cm, thickness 3.5 cm. Vaginal invasion in anterior and postrior fornix. Bilateral parametrial invasion,

left more than right. Left pelvic wall not involved. No hydronephrosis. No pathologic lymph nodes.

FDG-PET No pathologic lymph nodes or other metastases.

Treatment 23 x 2 Gy pelvis, cervix and upper part vagina. Weekly 40 mg/m 2 cisplatin Brachytherapy: 2 applications (24 pulses 0.75 Gy PDR every hour)
