APBI: • Intraoperative (ELIOT)  more failures • Intraoperative (TARGIT)  EBRT can compensate

• mammoSite  more complications • Intracavitary multichannel  short FU

• EBRT 15 x 267 is useful (IMPORT-LOW) • IMRT 10 or 5 fractions  not yet

• Multicatheter 4 days  better option nowadays • Looking for shorter schemes (1-2 days)
