IR CTV : • Takes into account initial GTV at the time of diagnosis • Always includes HR-CTV and includes safety margins to HR CTV Intent : 60Gy+ total dose to CTV in definitive radiotherapy in advanced disease comparable with dose to the 60Gy isodose (ICRU recommendations 38, 1985)
