MR imaging and treatment planning for every fraction?

 Depends on local infrastructure

 Important considerations regarding imaging:  MRI is more important in large tumors as compared to tumours without parametrial infiltration  BT after major tumour shrinkage: 1 st fraction MRI (or pre-BT MRI), succeeding fractions can be done with CT  Complex BT applications (IC combined with IS) and/or expected target shrinkage: repeated MRI and plan adaptation are recommended
