Case report: Central Airway Necrosis after SBRT

• SBRT to two NSCLC, one of them centrally located

• 8 months later: mediastinal LN recurrence, extensive changes within irradiated bronchus ( biopsy : fibrosis)

• Chemo / hemoptysis / intubation
