Example:

A dose is measured and found to be 100 cGy.

However, even assuming an identical uncertainty of measurement, this result might be reported either as:

with 99% confidence limits

(100 ± 0.1) cGy

or:

with 95% confidence limits

(100 ± 0.07) cGy,

There are obviously different ways to report the same measurement and the same associated accuracy!
