2. Heterogeneity correction validation

o Important to understand the implementation of the heterogeneity corrections and also their limitations.

o Important to know what dose is being reported: o Dose to water or dose to media

o Any heterogeneous phantom available can be used. A reasonable phantom is a slab phantom with water equivalent+low density material+water equivalent.

o Use small fields (5x5 cm2) because discrepancies are maximized.
