Sequential / concurrent CTRT can be safely administered if • WHO performance status 0-1 • no major comorbidity • age ≤ 70-75 years Only cisplatin, carboplatin, etoposide, paclitaxel, docetaxel, and vinorelbine can be safely combined with concurrent radiotherapy 1A Dose to central bronchi ≤ 80 Gy if concurrent CT-RT 1B 1A
