• Analysis of 655 women with BRCA 1/2 – associated invasive breast cancer treated with BCT or Mastectomy (M)

• All patients had Stage I – III breast cancer

• 302 patients treated with BCS + RT; 353 with M (103 with RT; 241 without RT; 9 unknown)

• Median F/U

– 8.2 years BCT

– 8.9 years M
