Some practical considerations

• Biopsy and MGMT testing may take weeks • Likely survival is ~4 – 8 months • Might get functional improvement with treatment (?how common) • May delay functional decline • We suggest either CRT (if fit) OR surgery and RT OR Nothing

• Simultaneously address: • Discharge planning • Palliative & End-of-life care • Rehabilitation (OT/ PT)
