• Lesion is likely to be an intermediate grade tumour • Age • History • Prolonged non-progression

• Historically divided into Grade 2 or Grade 3 • We have known that they have variable outcomes • Age, histology, neurological status, tumour size, grade are prognostic • And yet still much variability
