Case 3 Management

• Treatment: • Optimal treatment for G3 oligo is (surgery), RT and chemo • G3 ‘oligo’: RT + PCV > OS RT alone • 1p/19q is prognostic, as is IDH-1 mutation • 1p/19q is also predictive • Unclear if there is a role for chemo in non-1p/19q co-deleted tumours
