Conclusion The Web Dialogue is a very useful tool for communicating with patients, which is quick and allows to solve doubts and avoid unnecessary hospital consultations, especially to younger patients. Its advantage in comparison with other alternative consultations such as phone or video calls, is that both patients and health care professionals can schedule this dialogue as their best convenience. The survey may help to improve the tool. PO-1478 Sexual concerns in cancer patients in a tertiary center. M. Ruza 1 , Y. Ramírez 2 , N.A. Linares 1 , C. Iglesias 1 , J.M. Rico 1 1 Hospital Juan Ramón Jiménez, Radiation Oncology, Huelva, Spain; 2 GenesisCare, Radiation Oncology, Jerez, Cádiz, Spain Purpose or Objective The increase in the incidence of cancer and the effectiveness of treatment is increasing the number of long- term survivors. A significant number of them will develop sequelae of both the disease and its treatment that significantly impact their quality of life. It is therefore necessary to have resources to ensure that these patients have adequate support during their treatment and follow-up. The sexual consequences are common and have a significant and persistent effect on the quality of life of patients.
