Fig.2 presents the DVH metrics evaluated, being comprised ± 5%, best concordance for ∆D (%) D50 ≤ 1%. The greatest differences correspond to SBRTs with a 1cm jaw, due to the reduced number of diodes used.

Conclusion A helpful validation method for ArcChECK® + 3DVH® for tomotherapy is proposed and its use to validate plans in terms of DVH metrics.
