Conclusion Mid-position CTs and amplitudes of our free in-house-developed software were compared to an automated research prototype (developed by Mirada Medical) and a manual reference, with accurate results from both softwares. If image quality is deemed sufficient by radiation oncologists, our algorithm might be used for clinical treatment of cancer patients with moving tumors.
