. Fig.2 shows that the SGRT system allows to monitor movement in real time with a precision greater than 0.3 mm and 0.3º, registering a maximum average displacement of 0.09mm in longitudinal and 0.08º of yaw for all the sessions analyzed.

Conclusion AlingRT allows SRS treatments with an accuracy similar to that offered by the IGRT. The monitoring of the treatment carried out by the system in real time is able to detect sub-millimeter deviations.
