Survival benefit and long-term symptoms are the most important attributes in decision making regarding adjuvant therapy for high-risk endometrial cancer. There is a considerable difference in minimally desired survival benefit to make adjuvant chemoradiotherapy worthwhile, both among and between patients and clinicians. Overall, patients with endometrial cancer in the Netherlands desired higher survival benefits than clinicians before preferring chemoradiotherapy.
