Conclusion 4DCT(MRI) lung phantoms, being based on real CT and motion data, offer a realistic representation of a wide variety of anatomies and breathing patterns. These phantoms present a valuable tool for investigations and new developments in 4D radiotherapy and image guidance, particularly as the motion vectors used to warp the CTs represent the ‘ground truth’ motion. We are working on making these phantoms available to the research community.
